Momentum gaining to unlock iTunes in Europe

First France drafted legislation to open iTunes to its rival digital music players. Now it seems that both German and Nordic nations are fighting to have Apple open its iTunes online store compatible with music players other than the iPod. This appears to be another example of the fight against DRM and vendor lock-in.
